 FantasyPhoneCalls.com requires that all Phone personalities listed operate in a professional, ethical manner as outlined below. If at anytime you feel that this professionalism or ethical conduct has been violated please contact us at CustomerService@olci.com   by Phone at 877-828-7706  or by US Mail at P.O. •  Provide quality phone calls.  You as the client drive the topic of the call. If you want to talk about the weather that is fine. The only subject that is off limits is the phone sex industry and details of this business; it’s operation and processes.

•  Accurate billing. You are billed from the time the Authorization is received until the line is disconnected.

•  Discreet billing – If you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) you will be billed as On-Line Communications, Inc.  All calls billed by On-Line Communications, Inc. are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.  Questions about your bill will only be discussed with cardholder. (Not a spouse, girlfriend, accountant etc.)

•  Phone personalities are required to collect some basic information from you as required by the Credit Card Companies.  This information is confidential and not provided to any one, company, organization or between phone personalities.

•  Phone personalities are not to provide personal information on themselves or other phone personalities such as their full or last name and physical address.  This is for their safety. Please respect this and don’t ask for this type of information.  

• Merchandise – Items sold will be authentic and the quality that it was described to you.

•  Phone Personalities will not contact you by mail, phone, fax or email unless you provide them authorization to do so.  Most phone personalities will ask you for an email address that they can send you updates to their work schedule, specials, etc.  You can retract your authorization at any time.  Again this information is not shared among phone personalities, other companies, organizations etc.
